La Classe – an old school from 1863 – is very stylish accommodation for groups of up to 21 people. Rooms full of character with brick walls and high ceilings are combined with high-quality materials and designer furniture by Ron Arad, Hay, Stuv and Muji. Everywhere you come across contemporary art and the theme “school“ which is quoted humorously: In the huge kitchen colourful school chairs hang on the wall, in the meeting room there an antique gym apparatus and the bedrooms are named after school subjects and decorated accordingly. The large basement room with vaulted ceiling is a perfect party place: there is a nine-meter-long bar, a Wurlizer juke box and a table football. In the contemporary garden you can play basketball and table tennis or relax and have a good time on the secluded terrace.

Wir haben mit drei Familien + Großeltern (18 Personen) ein traumhaftes Wochenende im September in La Classe verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet – es gibt sehr viele wunderbare Details- und hat alle begeistert. Vor allem der großzügige Ess-/ Wohnraum mit dem langen Esstisch, der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche und dem Blick in den traumhaften Garten. Dort kann man wunderbar entspannen und die Kinder haben viele Möglichkeiten sich auszutoben. Mit Kinosaal, Kicker und Kamin waren die Abende viel zu kurz. Wir werden auf jeden Fall ein weiteres Wochenende dort verbringen.
