Mediterranean minimalism: A 106 meter long stone path leads to the Villa which is located in an almond grove with sea and mountain views in the south of Mallorca. The strict geometric construction clearly sets itself apart from the landscape but nevertheless almost merges with the environment due to its earth-toned plaster. The main façade appears castle-like with windowless, two-story high walls. An only 83 cm narrow gap leads into a large courtyard, which is adjoined by the living spaces on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs. The minimalist rooms exude a contemplative, almost monastic atmosphere. Small windows frame the view of the landscape and create a play of light and shadow. At the backside a terrace and a 30-meter infinity pool connect the house with the landscape.
The house has four bedrooms and bathrooms. Another bedroom (with a bathroom and outdoor shower) is located in a separate guest house beneath the pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Children are welcome: a cot, changing table and high chair are available. There is a sandbox in the garden and the pool has a children’s area separated by a wall. In addition to the infinity pool, there is a small heated pool which is a jacuzzi (both are saltwater pools). A large barbecue for garden parties is at your disposal. Guests can harvest the vegetables from the garden. And cineastes can project films on the large wall at night via beamer.

What to do
The beach and the village of Santanyi can be reached in 5 min. by car. The house has a red clay tennis court. On request, tennis lessons, yoga and pilates classes as well as massages can be organized. Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the house.

Nicht zum ersten Mal genossen wir diese architektonische Ikone am Rande des Parc natural de Mondragó Eine skulpturale Architektur, die mit minimalen Mitteln innen wie aussen wunderbare Räume definiert, wie beispielsweise die Loggia, die im Winter die Morgensonne einfängt und so das Frühstücken im Freien zulässt. Die Einrichtung ist sorgfältig ausgesucht und äusserst geschmackvoll. Man fühlt sich als Gast! Wir hoffen, bald wieder Zeit in der Villa Santanyi zu verbringen.
Es kommen grosse Gefühle hoch, wenn wir an unseren Aufenthalt in diesem ausserordentlichen Kunstwerk denken.
Die Villa zieht einen in den Bann. Die Stille ist betörend, man bewohnt „HEILIGE HALLEN“ und spürt das Besondere. Hier waren Visionäre am Werk.

Es ist ein Geschenk, wenn man dieses Objekt und dessen schlichte Schönheit erleben darf.

Ich hoffe nur, dass durch die Vermietung an "Touristen" diese hochwertige BAUKUNST nicht Leiden nimmt (wie des Öfteren leider schon bemerkt)

Dieses Haus habe ich schon immer geliebt.
Ich kenne es aus diversen Publikationen und fand es immer schon phantastisch. Die Option dieses einzigartige Objekt nun mieten zu können ist ein Traum, den ich hoffentlich einmal verwirklichen kann.
