Where the entrance to the mine was originally located in Hausham, Bavaria, between the lakes of Schliersee and Tegernsee, the former gatehouse is now home to four holiday apartments and also the Office Manufaktur, a co-working space with a view of the countryside. The building was completely renovated in 2021 and extended with a simple penthouse extension, clad in regional spruce wood, which is used as a living area. The modern, spacious workspaces of the Office Manufaktur on the first floor below offer office space for different work situations. All areas, from simple desks to meeting rooms and creative spaces, are equipped to the latest standards and can be rented on an hourly, daily or permanent basis. The successful combination of historical building fabric and modern interior design creates a pleasant environment – an appealing alternative to the office or home office, or for a relaxed combination of work and holiday.
